Népliget Center is an energy efficient “A” category office building which comprises of 3 buildings with 26,000 sq m leasable office space.
Advantages
Népliget Center was built in two phases: the first phase with a 9,200 sq m area was completed in January 2008. The construction of the second phase with the 16,600 sq m of the two additional buildings was completed during Q2 2010.
Each of the buildings is an independent unit closing a unique and protected garden inside. The entrances are easily accessible by taxi as well, however we planned more flexible solution for transportation from the outside of the buildings.
This new office project of Skanska is located between Népliget Bus Station and the entrance to M5 motorway, on the line of the underground 3 as well as one of the most frequent tram lines of Budapest.
The developer Skanska Property Hungary became a GreenBuilding Partner of the European Commission for Népliget Center. The GreenBuilding certificate was granted due to the energy efficiency and environmental-friendliness seen in aspects from the initial design to the operation and maintenance of the building.
