Skanska leases new office to Actavis in Népliget Center

Skanska Property Hungary has signed a lease agreement with Actavis Hungary Kft in Skanska’s office project Népliget Center. The lease comprises approx. 690 sq m and Actavis will relocate several corporate functions from its present office in Debrecen to Népliget Center in March 2010.

Népliget Center comprises of three buildings with approx. 26,000 sq m leasable office space. The first phase of 9,200 sq m was completed in January 2008. The remaining two buildings are expected to be completed in Q2 2010, offering 16 600 sq m office space with underground garage and a common green garden.

Népliget Center is an EU certified GreenBuilding which means at least 25% lower energy consumption compared to the energy norms of Hungary. The aim of Skanska is to contribute to sustainable development by using clever construction solutions, materials and processes.
