Papyrus moves to Skanska’s green office building Népliget Center
Skanska Property Hungary has signed a lease agreement with Papyrus Hungária in Skanska’s GreenBuilding certified office project Népliget Center.
The lease agreement concerns about 500 sq m new energy-efficient offices. Papyrus will move to Népliget Center by the end of 2010. The environmental conscious solutions in combination with the location and the quality of the office were the decisive factors for Papyrus.

Népliget Center comprises of three buildings with 26,000 sq m leasable office space. The office complex is certified as EU GreenBuilding which means at least 25% lower energy consumption compared to the energy norms of Hungary. The aim of Skanska is to contribute to sustainable development by using clever construction solutions, materials and processes.
Papyrus Hungária is one of Hungary’s leading merchants in paper, facility supplies and industrial packaging. Worldwide Papyrus has a presence in 22 European countries and employs 2800 people and supplies about 1.8 million tonnes of paper annually.
